Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy yogurt
  • 1/3 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/3 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 1 tsp lime jucie
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt add more if required
  • pinch kashmiri chili powder

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together. Garnish with kashmiri chili powder.
