- 1 frozen banana
- 2 ripe peaches / 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/4 cup coconut cream + more for garnish
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds / hemp seeds
- pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 cup oat milk gluten free
In a blender, combine all the smoothie ingredients. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Line the glass with some coconut cream. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
