Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 ripe peaches / 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream + more for garnish
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds / hemp seeds
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup oat milk gluten free

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all the smoothie ingredients. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Line the glass with some coconut cream. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
