Summer Rainbow Fruit Salad

- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup green kiwi
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup watermelon
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup pomegranate
- 3 tbsp mint leaves
- 1.5 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
Chop all fruits into small cubes. Chop mint leaves finely.
Add all fruits except pomegranate to a bowl. Top with mint leaves, lime juice and give them a good mix.
Top the fruit salad with pomegranate. Serve!
