Summer Rainbow Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup green kiwi
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate
  • 3 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1.5 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Chop all fruits into small cubes. Chop mint leaves finely.
  • Add all fruits except pomegranate to a bowl. Top with mint leaves, lime juice and give them a good mix.
  • Top the fruit salad with pomegranate. Serve!
