Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 medjool dates (1-2 if you want it less sweet)
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 cups unsweetened oat or almond milk

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
