Whipped Tofu Ricotta
- 200 g extra firm tofu
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp plant milk
Hot Honey
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Blend all of the ingredients needed for Tofu Ricotta in a high speed blender until smooth.
Add chili flakes and cayenne pepper to agave syrup and heat in microwaves for 30 seconds.
Let it cool down and drizzle over the ricotta!
