This high protein creamy chili oil pasta can be made under 30 minutes and is absolutely delicious!

This viral mini meatball pasta is absolutely delicious and super simple to make – and it’s also completely dairy free and vegan. We’re also adding in blended silken tofu to get that creaminess and an extra boost of protein.

What Do I Need?
- pasta:Â you can use any type of pasta for this recipe, I used fettucine because it coats the creamy sauce so well!
- aromatics: garlic, spring onions
- seasonings: tomato paste adds a nice red hue to the sauce! And a key ingredient for the tomato-cream base. chili oil.
- cream:Â using blended silken tofu for an extra boost of protein
- mini meatballs: dehydrated soy chunks
- garnish: spring onions, chili oil crisp

Allium free substitutions: Omit aromatics like garlic and spring onions – instead using a pinch of asafoetida.
Gluten free substitutions: Use gluten free pasta – I recommend brown rice pasta.
